About Us Let me introduce myself. I have been in this crazy real estate game on the Gold Coast for 30 years. I previously owned a large agency in Coolangatta and have since sold and continue now mainly in Caravan Park, Motel and commercial brokerage, as a sole trader. I have owned two motel properties on the river at Tweed Heads and have first hand experience, from cooking those eggs just right for breakfast to the management and financing of the operation. Over the years the demand has increased for Caravan Park businesses so I have been concentrating in that direction. I have some clients whom I have put into 3 consecutive caravan parks, thus increasing their equity enormously over the period. I am always pleased to share my knowledge of the industry and have assisted many new and old operators in their efforts to improve their customer service.
